Job Description:

As a Content Specialist you are responsible for monitoring the everyday health of our product listing content for our brand partnerships across the Amazon platform. You will work on a variety of tasks with a focus on proactively troubleshooting and executing solutions for inaccuracies within the catalog, stranded listings, images, and platform compliance. In this role you will be tasked with organizing and managing large amounts of data as well as internal and external case management.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, monitor, and manage errors for product content listings within Amazon catalog.
  • Adeptly classify errors and take steps to resolve them.
  • Track and sort large amounts of UPC codes, sizing information and other data.
  • Clearly communicate your findings and strategies with the team.
  • Persistent to address and solve errors
  • Requesting at least a 15 hour weekly commitment

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to ask questions and articulate clearly and directly.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel), Microsoft Office tools and Google.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented individual that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience monitoring online forum or Amazon Seller Central (not required
  • US Citizen with work authoriztion
